Larry Becker

Larry Becker is the Executive Director of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP). Prior to joining the NAPP team as an employee, he was a charter member of NAPP as the owner of a central Florida advertising and marketing firm. After more than a decade working with marketing departments in technology companies, and several years at the helm of his own agency, Larry changed paths and went into the business of computer training and writing books about technology, where he traveled and taught for clients including Pepsi, GE, Lawrence Livermore National Labs, and Palm, Inc.

"I've always enjoyed technology and I love teaching, so working with the amazingly talented trainers and Photoshop guys here is just a blast! Of course, most of what I know about Photoshop is a direct result of hanging around Scott, Dave, Matt Corey, and RC, as well as the great trainers that join us at Photoshop World, but every once in a while I come up with a tip or a technique that makes Scott or Dave cross say, 'that's cool,' and that kind of thing makes my day. My goal for my classes here at Kelby Training is to help students learn Photoshop and every once in a while to say, 'now, that's cool!'"
