Once you're enrolled, visit the website each day to download the class materials you'll be working with (typically an image used during the lesson. Then, watch the class session (each class lasts approximately five minutes) and follow along using the image provided or use one of your own.

You can catch up on missed lessons at your convenience. So, if you missed Tuesday's class you simply make it up on Wednesday. If you miss both Tuesday and Wednesday classes, then on Thursday you can do all three. It's just that easy.

It's the perfect way to learn at your own pace, on your own time. Best of all, your tuition entitles up to a year of access to our online catalogue, so you can replay specific clips or even repeat the entire class if you like.

  • Q: Do I get access to all of the classes when I subscribe?

    A: Absolutely! You get access to everything. And we mean everything. Watch it as many times as you'd like for as long as you'd like.

  • Q: Can I follow along with the same files the instructor uses?

    A: Yep. Most classes come with the exercise files that the instructor used so you can follow along.

  • Q: Do I have to pay extra for the exercise files?

    A: Nope. It's all included in your subscription price.

  • Q: Can I try before I buy?

    A: Sure thing. We've set up our training library to give you access to the first lesson from each course for free. Not just a few select courses - all of them! That way you can test drive our online training and see exactly how it works.

  • Q: What kind of internet connection speed will I need for online training?

    A: Our video training is best when viewed using a broadband connection such as DSL or a cable modem. Slower connection speeds will have difficulty viewing the video as well as downloading the exercise files.

  • Q: Can I save the videos to my hard drive?

    A: The videos are in a streaming flash format. If you're not a techie (and we don't blame you) that means they can only be played when you're online and logged into the Kelby Training video library. That said, if you absolutely must have the videos to watch when you're offline you may want to consider our DVDs.
