  • Q: How can I change my account details, payment information, or cancel my subscription?

    A: You can take care of all of your account and payment information, as well as canceling your subscription on the My Account page.

  • Q: What internet browser will I need for online training?

    A: Kelby Training was designed to work with most browser versions. We recommend Internet Explorer, Safari, or Firefox.

  • Q: Will I need to download any other plug-ins or other programs in order to take watch the courses?

    A:The videos require the latest version of the free Adobe Flash Player.

  • Q: Where can I get the free Adobe Flash Player?

    A: You can download it right from Adobe's web site. download here.

  • Q: Will I be able to watch the videos if my computer is behind a corporate firewall?

    A: The videos are distributed using a Flash Media Server. If the video will not play, ask your network administrator to open port 1935. (more information from Adobe).

  • Q: Why am I unable to rate a lesson 5 stars?

    A: You can rate a lesson 5 stars but your personal rating is then equated into an avarage using the ratings of other users. The results are shown in-place.
